Fitch Teleconf: US Utility Commodity Cost Recovery & Key Issuers Outlook 2/22 11AM

NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings will host a teleconference at 11:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, Feb. 22 to discuss credit implications of commodity cost recovery for U.S. utilities, and provide an update on key issuers in the sector. The call follows the release of the special reports 'U.S. Utilities: Credit Implications of Commodity Cost Recovery' and 'U.S. Power and Gas 2006 Outlook for Key Credits,' issued in February and January 2006, respectively. The reports are available on the Fitch Ratings web site at www.fitchratings.com. Specific credits to be discussed include: Allegheny Energy, Inc.; Constellation Energy Group, Inc.; Exelon, Pinnacle West Capital Corp; PEPCO Holdings; Progress Energy; Public Service Enterprise Group, Inc.; Reliant Energy, Inc.; Northern Boarder Partners L.P. and Northern Boarders Pipeline Co.; and Peoples Energy Corp. A Q&A session will follow the analysts' remarks, and listeners are encouraged to e-mail questions prior to the call to Philip Smyth at philip.smyth@fitchratings.com.
