Prescient Jumps Two Notches on Consumer Goods Technology's Ranking; Industry Survey Lists Philadelphia Firm Among Top National Supply Chain Experts
Business Wire, Feb 22, 2006
WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- Prescient Applied Intelligence, Inc. (OTCBB:PPID), a leading provider of supply chain and advanced commerce solutions for retailers and suppliers, today announced it moved up two notches in Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) magazine's annual industry rankings of supply chain experts. In this year's survey, Prescient is ranked seventh in supply chain planning solutions, up from ninth position last year.
The voting process included consumer goods executives who were asked to identify and rank the companies they currently use, and their customer experiences with each. Top 10 lists were determined by a combined score of number of votes weighted against customer experience ratings.
"We are honored to be included on the Top 10 Supply Chain Planning Providers list for the third year, especially since our customers put us there," said Jane Hoffer, CEO and president of Prescient. "Our strategy has always been to deliver top-notch supply chain solutions that help our customers succeed in today's highly competitive retail marketplace."
