TV Guide Channel Goes behind the Barbed Wire of Fox's ''Prison Break'' on March 14th; One-Hour Special ''Prison Break: Unlocked'' Recaps First 13 Episodes of FOX's Popular TV Drama

LOS ANGELES -- TV Guide Channel(R) will take an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at FOX's popular penitentiary drama "Prison Break" with a one-hour special that recaps the exciting first 13 episodes of season one and gives fans a sneak peak at what's coming. The one-hour special, "Prison Break: Unlocked," premieres on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. and encores throughout the week, helping to build audience anticipation and new fans for the return of "Prison Break" on FOX on Monday, March 20, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT).

The special was shot on location in Chicago, which is the setting for "Prison Break's" Fox River State Penitentiary.

Lisa Joyner from TV Guide Channel(R)'s "inFANity" show will host "Prison Break: Unlocked," and help viewers get caught up on the nail-biting premise of "Prison Break" - the story of Lincoln, an innocent man on death row, and his brother Michael, who is determined to break Lincoln out of prison before his execution date. The special will recount the storyline from the beginning, with Michael's plan to have himself thrown into prison so he can spring Lincoln, the fellow convicts he convinces to help him with the escape, the enemy conspirators determined to prevent the break out, and the cliffhanger episode when the initial escape attempt fails. "Prison Break: Unlocked" will also give fans a preview of what's in store next, as Lincoln's execution is now only hours away!
