DUBLIN, Ireland -- The SpectraSite, Inc. (NYSE:SSI) Corporate Conference Call took place on 22-Apr-04 11:00am ET.
Co. had total 1Q04 revenue of $84.6m, vs. $75.2m 1Q03, net contribution of SBC towers sold then. Revenue grew YoverY by 12.5%, vs. 1Q03. Free cash flow as adjusted EBITDA, less cash interest expense and capex, $31.8m. Co. has $639m in long-term debt: $439m bank debt, and $200m high-yield debt. Adjusted EBITDA is $181-192m for current guidance, with midpoint approx. $187m. Q&A focus: Plans for investing in purchase pf ground leases, or other uses for additional resources, such as share buybacks.
