Cygnus Business Media Signs International Licensing Agreement with Ringier Trade Publishing; Agreement Builds Foundation for Global Licensing

MELVILLE, N.Y. -- Cygnus Business Media, a leading diversified business-to-business media company, announced today it has signed an international licensing agreement with Ringier Trade Publishing, Ltd. China. Under the terms of the agreement, Cygnus will license both print and digital rights of the company's Wood Digest and Wood Digest's Finishing titles, for use in Ringier's International Woodworking News for China publication. Ringier and Cygnus will also assist each other through reciprocal advertising efforts allowing the respective domestic and international clients of both firms to participate in expanded media programs in the core magazines and newly licensed Chinese version.
