Nighthawk Systems Signs Agreement with Verizon Wireless

SAN ANTONIO -- Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power control and emergency notification products, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Verizon Wireless, under which Verizon Wireless will provide access to its nationwide wireless network for Nighthawk's telemetry devices. This enables Nighthawk to bundle and sell its products with Verizon's wireless service. Nighthawk's customers will be assured of redundancy and message routing diversity utilizing the Verizon Wireless network for critical control of assets and emergency notification using Nighthawk's products. Verizon Wireless owns and operates the nation's most reliable wireless network and is a joint venture of Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ) and Vodafone (NYSE:VOD) (LSE:VOD).
