Antenna Software Joins NetSuite NetFlex Applications Program; Antenna Software Delivers Real-Time Wireless NetSuite CRM Access
Business Wire, Jan 12, 2006
JERSEY CITY, N.J. & SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Antenna Software today announced that it has become one of the inaugural partners of NetSuite's NetFlex Applications Program. The partnership mobilizes NetSuite's One System Architecture with Antenna's A3 Mobile Sales Intelligence (MSI) suite, enabling field sales and service organizations to get real-time, on-demand access to critical NetSuite data. The Antenna A3 solution supports all carrier networks and most handheld devices, including BlackBerry, Palm Treo and Pocket PCs. A3 MSI for NetSuite is currently in Beta and is scheduled to begin shipping to customers in March 2006. > The NetFlex Applications platform goes beyond other on-demand development environments by being the first to allow third-party applications to integrate rich transaction data -- orders, inventory, invoices and shipments -- with their applications. Antenna A3 MSI is the leading on-demand wireless CRM solution, and is uniquely able to incorporate and manage complex NetFlex services and data to ensure rapid deployment, adoption, and minimal on-going management requirements for mobile deployments.Because NetSuite is the "system of record" spanning ERP, e-commerce and CRM, the range of applications built using its NetFlex environment is far more powerful than applications built on stand-alone, point-product applications. NetSuite's order management, inventory management, shipping management, and payroll and financial data are the lifeblood of most companies, and now such data can be accessed for new Web services-based applications.
With more than two decades' operating experience, Antenna Software was founded to help performance-driven companies improve the effectiveness of their field sales and service organizations using innovative on-demand wireless and data transaction management technologies. Antenna has more than 100 customers and 100,000 users in over 40 countries, and manages more than 12 million monthly mobile transactions. Antenna Software is the largest privately held mobile enterprise solutions provider in North America.
"We are very pleased to be a NetFlex Applications Program partner and to bring the benefits of Antenna A3 Mobile Sales Intelligence to NetSuite customers and prospects," said Karen Davis-Farage, vice president, Business Development, Antenna Software. "The NetFlex platform provides an extremely flexible and comprehensive method to integrate NetSuite CRM with the Antenna A3 Mobile Sales Intelligence suite. Our joint customers will not only benefit from robust, real-time CRM access delivered at their point of critical need, but as both solutions are truly on demand, they will also enjoy significantly higher ROI and lower TCO then other mobile CRM approaches."
"NetSuite helps a company manage its core back-office/ front-office processes. The NetFlex Applications Program allows third parties to leverage this 'system of record' to extend NetSuite into a host of important applications," said Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite. "A3 MSI for NetSuite will enable field sales and service organizations to get real-time, on-demand access to critical NetSuite data."
