Together, the Netezza Performance Server(R) (NPS(R)) system and the MI9 SQL-Retail BIS software application create a "load and go," high-performance data warehousing and Business Intelligence solution for the retail industry.

MI9's SQL-Retail BIS software allows retailers to directly interface with key retail business systems including POS, inventory management, merchandise and assortment planning, accounting and human resource systems. The integration of SQL-Retail BIS with Netezza's NPS data warehouse appliance provides retailers with a cost-effective, easy-to-use offering for analyzing the data from these systems, as well as any additional business-critical information.
