Axsys Technologies Schedules Fourth Quarter and Year-End Financial Results News Release and Conference Call

ROCKY HILL, Conn. -- Axsys Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXYS), a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of precision optical solutions today announced that it will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 after the market closes.
Management will conduct a conference call reviewing the financial results on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 10:00 am ET.
