Cornice Announces Cross-License Agreement with Hitachi Global Storage Technologies; Cornice Gains Access to Hitachi Hard Drive IP as It Prepares for Substantial Growth in the CE Storage Industry

Under the agreement, Cornice and Hitachi will cross license their hard drive patent portfolios, thereby allowing each company access to two of the industry's most innovative patent portfolios.
