Management Dynamics Appoints Raymond Yuen to Its Board of Directors; Global Trade Management Leader Adds Regional Expertise to Expand Its Asia Pacific Strategy

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Management Dynamics, a leading provider of global trade management (GTM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Raymond Yuen to the company's Board of Directors. A leading expert in global trade and logistics management, Yuen brings valuable years of industry experience and strategic guidance to Management Dynamics as it continues to expand its presence in the Asian market.
Mr. Yuen recently retired from John Swire & Sons, China. He was the Director and Chief Representative for China since 1996 where he was responsible for strategic business development and growing the Cathay Pacific Airways division into Hong Kong's preferred airline. Swire & Sons is the privately owned parent company of the Swire Group, a diversified multinational company whose core businesses in the Asia Pacific region include aviation, manufacturing, shipping, real estate, and marine services.

Mr. Yuen's appointment became effective on January 24, 2006. As a Board member, he will advise the management team on company strategy and direction, assist with investor relations, and help expand Management Dynamics' presence in China and throughout the Asian market. With the addition of Mr. Yuen, the Board now consists of six directors, which include leading industry executives with an impressive track record of success.
Mr. Yuen began his long and distinguished career with Swire & Sons as a management trainee in 1968 after graduation from Hong Kong University. He has held various executive management positions in the group's Cathay Pacific Airways division, including Cargo Manager, Head Office; General Manager, Taiwan; General Manager, Hong Kong; and Route General Manager, Southeast Asia, India, and Middle East and finally, as Director and Chief Representative for John Swire & Sons Limited, China. Throughout his career, Mr. Yuen has made significant contributions towards building Cathay Pacific into the region's most successful and admired airline. Prior to serving on the Management Dynamics Board of Directors, Yuen was a board director of Cathay Pacific, Dragon Air and John Swire & Sons Hong Kong.
