NEW YORK -- R.A.B. Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings") announced that effective December 29, 2005, its Millbrook Distribution Services Inc. Subsidiary ("Millbrook") had taken over the supply of specialty food and other products to the customers of Di Giorgio's White Rose food division and its former DGI specialty food division. Working with White Rose, which has a strong presence and quality reputation in the greater New York and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, will allow both companies to focus on what they do best and achieve a common goal -- providing their customers with the best variety, service and pricing in the market place.

Further, Holdings announced the settlement and stipulation of the dismissal of all claims against its Millbrook subsidiary arising out of the Ames Department Store's bankruptcy.

Holdings food subsidiary, the R.A.B. Food Group, LLC ("Food Group") announced the sale of its Jersey City property effective January 17, 2006. Food Group has leased back the facility for a period of up to 2 years. The company expects to announce shortly the location of its new state of the art bakery.
