James River Group Announces 2005 Fourth-Quarter Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- James River Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:JRVR) today announced it will release 2005 fourth-quarter and year-end earnings after the close of the market on Wednesday, February 15, 2006, and hold a conference call on Thursday, February 16, 2006.
A live broadcast of James River Group's quarterly conference call will be available on-line by going to http://www.james-river-group.com and clicking on the link to Investor Relations, or at http://www.earnings.com. The call is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, February 16, 2006. The on-line replay will follow shortly after the call and continue for seven days. James River Group, Inc. is an insurance holding company that owns and manages specialty property/casualty insurance companies with the objective of consistently earning underwriting profits.
