Unisys to Participate at Merrill Lynch IT Services and Software Conference

BLUE BELL, Pa. -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) said today that it will participate at the Merrill Lynch IT Services and Software Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada tomorrow, Wednesday, February 1, 2006. Janet Haugen, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will participate in question-and-answer sessions beginning at 10:35 and 11:25 a.m. Pacific Time (1:35 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. Eastern Time).
Unisys will offer a live Webcast of the discussions on the Unisys Investor Web site at www.unisys.com/investor. A replay of the Webcast will be available on the Unisys Investor Web site shortly after the live event.
