Diversified Media Holdings, Inc. Announces Name Change to TPI International, Inc

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Diversified Media Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announces that it has changed its name to TPI International, Inc. and that its trading symbol has been changed from DVHI to (OTC:TPIL).
The Company effected the changes to its corporate name and trading symbol in accordance with the terms of a Share Exchange Agreement that the Company signed on November 18, 2005, with TPI Co, Ltd. ("TPI"), a Japanese corporation. The Company's North American office will be located in Newbury Park with its principal sales and marketing activities taking place at the Company's location in Tokyo, Japan.
Headquartered in Tokyo, TPI is an employee staffing company engaged in providing temporary workers in the IT and nursing care industries. The Company has operations in China, Japan, the Philippines and Vietnam. A key market opportunity for the Company is to recruit and train home health care workers for the Japanese market where needs of the growing elderly segment of the population combined with a low domestic birth rate have resulted in a critical shortage of nurses and home health care workers.
