Delphi Technology, Inc. Names Charles Cooper VP of Business Development

BOSTON -- Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI) announced today that Charles Cooper has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Cooper will be responsible for securing new business opportunities for DTI's OASIS product suite. He will report to Sam Fang, President.
"Charles knows DTI as the premier software provider for Medical Malpractice and Workers' Compensation companies," said Fang. "We think his experience as a technology executive will resonate with our prospective customers, since he has been in their shoes. It is our hope that his perspective will give our prospects insight into the buying decision that will guide them through their process."

Cooper has over thirty-five years experience in information technology, business management, and consulting. This experience includes over seven years as Chief Information Officer, making strategic business decisions and overseeing the successful completion of multiple projects such as the design, development, and implementation of a full-function application to support an insurance company. Prior to joining DTI, Cooper was Consulting Director for Third Day Solutions, LLC. Over the course of his career, he has also worked for PICA Group, Ernst & Young, Vesta Insurance Group, KPMG Peat Marwick, and IBM. Cooper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
"As CIO for a growing PPL insurance carrier, I was involved in the selection, acquisition and implementation of full-function insurance software," said Cooper. "I am very aware of the challenges with which executives on the buying side are faced, and I think my experiences will enable me to provide a real service to our prospects."
