Enterprise Technology Services and Sonora Quest Laboratories Complete Innovative Anti-Spyware/Remote Desktop Management Project
Business Wire, Jan 4, 2006
PHOENIX -- Phoenix-based Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) recently completed an innovative technology project for Sonora Quest Laboratories, integrating a remote desktop management system with advanced spyware protection. The resulting solution helps Sonora Quest automatically detect and remove spyware and other malicious cyber-based threats to confidential corporate data, while managing all Sonora Quest computer systems at a central, secure IT site.
"We chose Enterprise Technology Services for its experience in installing and implementing integrated systems in large, corporate environments," said Cindy Fizzard, manager of IT Operations at Sonora Quest Laboratories. "The new system helps improve our productivity, reduce operating costs and, most importantly, protect our data. We expect to decrease the hours of maintenance required to maintain our systems in the field, since technicians will no longer need to travel to remote sites to make repairs or upgrades."
"Project implementation went smoothly, and we are pleased with the results," said Jim Siragusa, president of Enterprise Technology Services. "We have a well-established network of engineers and support staff to deliver better technology, support and services to customers over the long term. This order confirms the ETS commitment to deliver high-value solutions to business customers in the Southwest."
