COMPTON, Calif. -- Belkin announces two new TuneBase FM products for the iPod that let you power, charge, and listen to your iPod simultaneously. Connecting through any cigarette-lighter port, these devices feature improved built-in FM-transmission technologies, thereby offering crisp and clean audio performance. The TuneBase FM for iPod comes with interchangeable trays for each model iPod, making it compatible with all iPod devices (except shuffle). Belkin strategically designed the TuneBase FM for iPod nano to accentuate the small form factor of the nano, offering a space-efficient solution. They will be shipping in North America in January 2006.

Both TuneBase FM products will be on display at the 2006 International CES Show in Las Vegas, NV, January 5-8, at 31247 South Hall and at Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, CA, January 10-13, at 717 South Hall.

The TuneBase FM transmits audio wirelessly on multiple FM channels from 88.1MHz-107.9MHz so you can easily listen to your iPod in the car, on the best available frequency. The TuneBase FM includes interchangeable trays for the iPod video, 4G, 3G, nano, photo, and mini models.
