From viral marketing awards to interactive media trends, there are 19 SoFIE web marketing awards categories including email campaigns, search engine effectiveness, brand experience, customer acquisition and viral marketing as well as major industry categories. SoFIE Awards will recognize companies, agencies and individuals located anywhere in Florida or serving clients in Florida who demonstrate excellence in execution and innovation in interactive marketing.
Judges include professors from University Of Miami, University of West Florida, Florida Atlantic University; journalists from The South Florida Business Journal, The Sun-Sentinel, The Miami Herald, Creative Magazine, The Palm Beach Post; interactive marketing professionals from Coca-Cola Company, ING Bank, HoneyBaked Ham; and board members from the Dallas, Milwaukee and Atlanta Interactive Marketing Associations. This year's Modem Media SoFIE Awards sponsored by AOL Media Networks will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on Friday, February 24, 2006. Attendance is limited to 400 people. Entries will be accepted until January 9, 2006. The event begins with registration and a cocktail reception at 6:00 pm. Individual tickets are $150 for members, $200 for non-members. Sponsored tables of 10 may also be purchased.
