Joseph Estey Joins PacketHop Advisory Board; Distinguished Law Enforcement Professional Bolsters Company's Public Safety Expertise

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- PacketHop(TM), Inc., the leader in next generation software and real-time multimedia applications for mobile mesh communications, today announced that Joseph Estey, the Chief of Police in Hartford, Vermont and a 30-year police veteran, has joined the company's advisory board. PacketHop's advisory board consists of professionals with a broad range of expertise across many industries and backgrounds.

Estey is the Chief of Police in Hartford, Vermont -- a position he has held since 1987. He is the Immediate Past President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and has served in a leadership role with IACP since 1996. A veteran of 30 years in law enforcement in Hartford, Springfield and Windham County in Vermont, Estey is a past General Chairman of the SACOP Division, a past president of the Vermont Association of Chiefs of Police and is a director of the New England Association of Chiefs of Police. He is a graduate of the 166th Session of the FBI National Academy.
