A veteran of 30 years in law enforcement in Hartford, Springfield and Windham County in Vermont, Estey is a past General Chairman of the SACOP Division, a past president of the Vermont Association of Chiefs of Police and is a director of the New England Association of Chiefs of Police. He is a graduate of the 166th Session of the FBI National Academy.
