iVOW, Inc. Announces Contract with Pascack Valley Hospital

SAN DIEGO -- iVOW, Inc. (NASDAQ:IVOW), a provider of disease management services for the treatment of chronic and morbid obesity, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Pascack Hospital in Westwood, New Jersey. Under the agreement iVOW will provide a comprehensive "Blueprint" for a bariatric services program and its potential for Pascack Valley Hospital.
While financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, iVOW's "Blueprint" provides clients with operational, marketing and financial recommendations for the client's evaluation.
"We are pleased to be retained by a hospital with Pascack's demographic and commitment to service quality for this consultative engagement. Pascack has a number of bariatric surgeons who are already performing bariatric surgery. We are pleased by the preliminary indications from both the administration and the physicians of their desire to develop a Bariatric Center of Excellence program," said Dr. Michael Owens, iVOW's President and Chief Executive Officer.
