Serious Magic to Launch ''Cow Tipping'' Contest on Tucows.com; 30-Day Contest Invites Shareware Visitors to Submit Tutorial Videos Using New Video Blogging Software

FOLSOM, Calif. -- Serious Magic Inc., a leading developer of video communication software has partnered with Tucows Inc. (AMEX:TCX)(TSX:TC), a leading provider of wholesale Internet services and back office solutions, to launch the "Cow Tipping" contest. This contest invites web visitors to create tutorial videos on any software, hardware, or internet product of their choice. These user-generated videos must be created using Serious Magic's Vlog It! software and submitted this year between July 10th and August 10th to be eligible.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive: a Creative Labs Live! Voice web cam, a Creative Labs Video Zen Player, Serious Magic's Visual Communicator Studio, plus a Blogware account from Tucows for one year.
