Vicom will offer Marathon's everRun line of high availability products, in conjunction with its comprehensive IT solutions to its customer base of Fortune 1000 and emerging, midsize organizations.

Under terms of the agreement, Vicom will distribute Marathon's high availability solution, and the two companies will work cooperatively on joint marketing, sales and lead generation initiatives.
