Percussion Software Appoints Pete Atkinson as Managing Director, European Operations

WOBURN, Mass. -- Percussion Software has appointed Pete Atkinson as Managing Director, European Operations from his previous position as Percussion's Sales Director. Pete joined Percussion in 2004 from Tridion UK where he was Head of Channel Sales and Public Sector.
"My key aim is to continue to build upon the success achieved so far and expand our sales operations further into Europe," said Mr. Atkinson. Mr. Atkinson has twenty years experience within the European IT industry, having worked for companies including Mediasurface, SSA Softwright and IBM. While at Percussion Software, he has helped to grow the Rhythmyx business while overseeing the UK sales team. In the last two years, Percussion has won business from organizations including The University of London, Alliance & Leicester, Symbian and The British Library.
