iTKO Appoints Simon Jeacock to the Role of Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales; Bringing More Than 18 Years Experience; Executive to Shape Global Presence for Leading SOA Testing Vendor

DALLAS -- iTKO, Inc., a provider of complete testing solutions for SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) software, today announced that it has appointed Simon M. Jeacock as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales. In his new role, Mr. Jeacock will be responsible for growing the company's worldwide sales efforts. This includes working with systems engineers, sales representatives and the company's channel partners to ensure consistency for both the direct and indirect sales efforts.

Mr. Jeacock comes to iTKO with more than 18 years of experience and an international pedigree in sales and sales management. He previously worked with Servigistics of Atlanta as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, where he grew revenues year on year to record levels, while reorganizing the company's US operations. His additional responsibilities included opening up new facilities in Japan and China, along with expanding the company's European presence. Prior to that Mr. Jeacock was Senior Vice President of Sales: Aerospace & Defense, for i2 Technologies. He has also held positions with System Software Associates and ASK Computer Systems, Inc. and PAFEC Ltd., all located in Europe.
