Mindjet Launches Global Partner Program; Creates Incentives for Partners to Leverage ''Net New'' Sales/Service Opportunities for MindManager Productivity Tool

SAN FRANCISCO -- Mindjet Corporation, the leading provider of productivity software for visualizing and managing information, announced today the launch of its new Mindjet Global Partner Program. The program will provide a wide array of specialized marketing, training and support tools that will help partners leverage their professional expertise to develop and grow their Mindjet business. Mindjet continues to grow at a rapid pace as adoption and number of users expands within most Forbes Global 2000 companies. With more than 15,000 new Mindjet(R) MindManager(R) licenses sold per month, Mindjet currently works with partners in 40 countries worldwide.

The new Mindjet Global Partner Program is comprised of three distinct partner categories: Channel Partners, Technology Partners, and Training Partners. Mindjet will roll out the program over the next twelve months, beginning immediately with the Channel Partner category.

The Channel Partner category has two tiers; a "quick start," entry-level Authorized tier and a higher-level Premier tier -- which includes two profiles based on partner business models. Benefits and requirements are tailored to both the level and the partner profile. Program enhancements, which Mindjet will introduce in the coming months, include free web-based sales and product training, free technical support with priority queuing, and a revamped PartnerZone, among other benefits. The entry-level Authorized tier provides access to program benefits that will enable new partners to quickly increase the amount of business they do with Mindjet. The tier also provides a clear migration path for Authorized partners to become either Premier Sales Partners or Premier Sales Solution Partners. Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM), the world's largest technology distributor, signed a distribution agreement with Mindjet in March 2006 and offers Mindjet products to solution providers in the United States, Canada and Germany. The initial focus of the Global Partner Program will be to work with partners to drive MindManager-based solutions for project management, sales and marketing, higher education and the enterprise.
