Clear Channel Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock

SAN ANTONIO -- Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE:CCU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share on its Common Stock. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2006.
