> "This announcement is a major step towards our objective of being a one-stop shop for speech developers and corporate America," said Bruce Phifer, General Manager of Wizzard's Technology and Services division. "The IBM WebSphere Everyplace Multimodal Environment, coupled with our new WizzScribe offerings announced last week, provides the necessary speech technology components to develop scalable solutions that can produce unparalleled productivity and mobility for corporate America.""For example, by using IBM WebSphere Everyplace Multimodal Environment with server-based WizzScribe, developers can create a speech-centric solution that includes access and navigation through both speech and touch on handheld devices," Phifer continued. "The solution would then be backed up by speech processing for audio, free-form note taking and data gathering on a remote server for analysis and retrieval. With possibilities like this, the opportunities to bring enhanced productivity and mobility to mobile workforces are almost limitless."
