Chromcraft Revington, Inc. Announces Sales Force Restructuring

Business Wire, July 26, 2006

DELPHI, Ind. -- Chromcraft Revington, Inc. (AMEX:CRC) today announced a major restructuring of its sales force. The sales management teams and sales representation of three of its major brands have been integrated into a single organization. The previously separate sales forces for the Company's Chromcraft, Peters-Revington and Silver Furniture brands have been unified into a combined sales force.

In comments about this restructuring, Ben Anderson-Ray, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said, "This is a major change designed to strengthen our relationships with customers, improve our customer service and enhance our sales effectiveness." He further stated, "By combining the sales effort for these closely related brands we believe that customers will be provided with a stronger unified point of contact and greater consistency in our overall approach to the market."

The new sales force known as CR Sales will be led by Mike Hanna, President of Chromcraft Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Reporting to Mike will be four regional account managers: Richard Graves, Vice President Sales Northeast; Reb Nicholson, Vice President Sales Southeast; Rik Talley, Vice President Sales Central; and Tim Bullin, Vice President Sales West. In commenting on the new organization, Mr. Hanna stated, "We are very excited about this new structure. It allows us to unify our approach to customers with more dedicated sales representation and build on the strong customer relationships that each brand has developed separately in the past." He also commented that the change in approach is expected to progressively enhance and integrate marketing, promotion and product selections in the Company's occasional, casual dining and other categories over time.

The Company's sales organizations for the Cochrane Furniture and Sumter brands were not affected by this restructuring. Mr. Anderson-Ray commented that, "The Cochrane Furniture brand is focused on the significant growth of its built-to-order products including solid wood dining and bedroom, as well as upholstery, while the Sumter brand is focused on solid wood formal bedroom and dining room collections. These two brands require distinctly different sales efforts and are not impacted by the restructuring. However, we will work to coordinate our account management efforts between all brands to continuously improve our customer relationships and service."

Chromcraft Revington businesses design, manufacture and market residential and commercial furniture throughout the United States. The Company wholesales its products under the "Chromcraft," "Peters-Revington," "Silver Furniture," "Cochrane Furniture" and "Sumter" brand names.
