German American Bancorp, Inc. to Present at KBW Honor Roll and Seventh Annual Community Bank Investor Conference

JASPER, Ind. -- German American Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:GABC), will be presenting at the Keefe Bruyette & Woods 2006 Honor Roll and Seventh Annual Community Bank Investor Conference which will be held July 31 through August 2 in New York City.

Mark A. Schroeder, President and Chief Executive Officer of German American, together with Bradley M. Rust, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present the Company's business strategy and financial performance at 10:00 a.m. CDT (11:00 a.m. EDT), on Wednesday, August 2.
