Business Wire, July 6, 2006
CHICAGO -- Advantage Performance Group (APG), one of the world's largest human performance consulting networks, today announced the addition of Steve Doolittle to their list of talented team members. Doolittle's Chicago-based franchise will serve organizations of all industries needing results-driven training solutions that create measurable business impact.
Doolittle will join a tightly connected APG network of 32 human performance professionals who share a passion for excellence. The APG philosophy is to find the best training for a specific organization's situation, customize it, and apply a unique methodology to track and achieve outcomes that can be linked to business results. APG affiliates can leverage a cumulative 500 years' experience in human performance consulting by co-owners and over 22 alliances with premier suppliers throughout the country.
"APG has built a powerful formula for success, including people, solutions and an approach that creates measurable business impact for client organizations," said Steve Doolittle. "I'm excited to join this group, which has moved beyond traditional training to human performance consulting that links training to actual results."
Most recently with Reed Elsevier's Tracom Group where he more than quadrupled Midwest revenues over a 6-year period, Doolittle received a slew of accolades demonstrating his keen sense for customer needs and success. Doolittle began his career at Xerox Learning Systems division, where he progressed to North Chicago Region Manager responsible for managing a team of sales reps and independent contractors in Chicago, Milwaukee, Kansas City and Denver. At Xerox Learning Systems, a division of Xerox at the time, Doolittle's region consistently succeeded in being in the top quarter of all regions.
"Steve's experience is surpassed only by his passion and dedication to his work," said Glenn Jackson, president of APG. "His work with organizations in the U.S. and around the world adds to the knowledge base of the entire APG network and will lead to exciting advances in human performance consulting, including application of the rigorous methodology of The Advantage Way."
