TheStreet.com Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK -- TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM), a leading provider of financial commentary, analysis, research and news, announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. The cash dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock will be payable on June 30, 2006 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2006. The Company paid its first quarterly dividend on March 31, 2006 and anticipates continuing to pay regular quarterly dividends on its common stock going forward.
"We remain confident in TheStreet.com's growth prospects, we are pleased once again to reward our shareholders with a cash dividend," said Thomas J. Clarke, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of TheStreet.com.
TheStreet.com, Inc. reported annual income from continuing operations of $5.8 million in 2005, which equates to fully diluted earnings of $0.22 per share. For the quarterly period ended March 31, 2006, the Company reported income of $2.6 million from continuing operations, which equates to fully diluted earnings of $0.09 per share.
