Mintz Levin Represents CVS in $4 Billion Acquisition

BOSTON -- Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced it represented CVS Corporation in its $4 billion acquisition of the Sav-On and Osco pharmacy chains and an associated distribution center in La Habra, California from Albertson's, Inc.

A team of real estate, health care and environmental lawyers from Mintz Levin's New York, Washington and Boston offices worked with the firms of Davis, Polk & Wardwell of New York and Liechty & McGinnis of Dallas to complete the transaction.
