NEW YORK -- Man Sang Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (AMEX: MHJ) announced today it has posted to its website a video film recording of its presentation regarding MHJ's plans for China Pearls and Jewellery City ("CP&J City") held on June 5, 2006, Las Vegas.

This presentation was designed to help manufacturers, wholesalers, buyers and sellers to better understand the progress MHJ has been making with this project as well as its plans for this year and forward.
