Zoove Poised to Double Mobile Marketing User Base and Volume of Responses Via Mass Market Appeal of StarStar™ Dialing; Frost & Sullivan White Paper Predicts Additional Revenue Stream Generation for Wireless Carriers

Business Wire, June 19, 2006

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Frost & Sullivan today released a research white paper on Zoove Corp.'s Mobile Direct Response Marketing technology. The white paper, Mobile Direct Response Marketing: Connecting Brands with Consumers, finds that Zoove's StarStar(TM) Dialing could enhance traditional SMS Short Code invocations for mobile marketing campaigns. The report also finds that given StarStar Dialing's ease of use, it could immediately double the mobile marketing user base and give mobile campaigns as much as a 2X or more lift while providing attractive new revenue streams for wireless carriers.

"Zoove's solution addresses the hard to engage 35 age group with an easy invocation method making mobile wireless data as simple as dialing a number," said Vikrant Gandhi, industry research analyst for mobile and wireless communications at Frost & Sullivan. "Zoove's StarStar method has the potential to be a data services growth accelerator. Complementary to SMS, MMS, WAP Services and Video on Demand, carriers can use Zoove's StarStar method to expand their own data services to a larger population."

The Frost & Sullivan analysis finds that Zoove's StarStar Dialing will be a watershed event in U.S. mobile marketing for both brands and carriers. The study concluded that Zoove's StarStar Dialing will further drive awareness and usage of mobile data services. As consumers from different demographics gain more experience with wireless data services, they will be more likely to engage in premium content services such as ringtones, games and graphics, an important benefit to wireless carriers.

"While wireless carriers can be assured of a technologically advanced implementation that promotes wireless data services without any adverse impact on network performance, brands will be empowered with new multiple marketing options," said Gandhi.

"We are very encouraged with Frost & Sullivan's findings. The white paper echoes what we're hearing from brands and wireless carriers," said Tim Jemison, CEO of Zoove. "We see this as a validation of our approach to the market, and we feel that our StarStar Dialing can help carriers expand data services and premium content into a large demographic that SMS Short Codes have failed to penetrate."
