Former Executives From Epiphany and Postini Join BlueRoads Corporation; Leading Channel Management On-Demand Company Continues Rapid Growth By Attracting Top Industry Executives

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- BlueRoads Corporation, a leading provider of channel management solutions under Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, today announced the appointment of two seasoned executives to help lead BlueRoads rapid expansion in the channel management industry. Ron Barale has joined as vice president of engineering responsible for BlueRoads's software development. Bill Munroe has joined as the company's vice president of sales and business development.
Ron Barale brings to BlueRoads his experience leading hundreds of engineers in developing and integrating a broad line of CRM and other front office business applications. Bill Munroe has dedicated his career to sales and building lucrative technology services partnerships. At BlueRoads, Munroe will be responsible for sales as well as major channel and product partnerships.

Mr. Barale brings more than 20 years of leading software development organizations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of product development at Epiphany, Inc., a leading provider of customer relationship management solutions, where he managed the company's full suite of CRM, including eMarketing and other products, and developed and implemented all global product strategies. Prior to Epiphany, Mr. Barale held senior positions at Red Brick Systems, acquired by IBM, and Compuware.
Mr. Munroe brings expertise gained from over 18 years of leading successful sales and business development organizations in technology-enabled service businesses. Mr. Munroe served as vice president of sales at Postini Corporation, where he was instrumental in growing the company from very early start-up stage to annual sales of over $50M in less than four years. Mr. Munroe's career spans key roles in technology service companies including RemarQ, Critical Path, MCI and EDS. Most recently, Mr. Munroe founded the TMC Group, a consulting firm focused on improving sales performance for technology start ups.
