Pfizer to Highlight Best Practices at Gartner European BPM Summit; Lombardi Customer to Profile BPM Center of Excellence at Gartner Panel Session

Mr. Mickols will present during the breakout panel session entitled "BPM Center of Excellence Best Practices," on 28 June, at 12:05 - 13:00 p.m. B.S.T., which will be moderated by Gartner analyst Michael Melenovsky. During the session, Mr. Mickols and his co-panelists will provide insight into managing the challenges of justifying and building a BPM Center of Excellence (COE), identifying when a COE makes most sense, where it should be located within the organization and how the BPM center of excellence should be staffed.
