Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas Signs Distribution Agreement with Portescap-Danaher Motion

PHOENIX -- Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, the largest operating group of Avnet Inc. (NYSE: AVT), has signed a distribution agreement with Portescap-Danaher Motion. Avnet will distribute Portescap DC motors, AC motors, digital linear actuators and stepper motors in North America.

"Avnet provides Portescap with a unique market entry point.
