IBM Rational Application Developer Tops the Rankings in New Evans Data IDE Study

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- Evans Data Corp has just released The Developers' Choice - IDE Scorecard, a study in which 1,200 developers worldwide rank the top IDEs they are using. IBM Rational Application Developer was named the number one IDE (Integrated Development Environment) based on user rankings for the second consecutive year.
