Jim Andrew, based in Boston, specializes in growth strategy development and execution, and in innovation and commercialization driven by new technology. Jim joins Mercer from ADVENTIS, where he served as Carrier Practice Leader. Prior to that, he gained M&A and operating experience as a partner in a Boston-based private equity firm, and as a principal in the acquisition, turnaround, and sale of several high-technology-based businesses.

Reuben Chaudhury, based in New York, specializes in driving large-scale growth and transformation programs in the high-technology industry. Reuben joins Mercer from A.T. Kearney and Answerthink, where he held leadership roles for the Telecommunications & High Technology practice. Prior to his consulting career, he held senior roles in industry at Firstwave Software and Hewlett-Packard.

George Lee, based in London, consults in the areas of strategy, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness in the wireless sector. George joins Mercer from T-Mobile International, where he was an EVP across several functions. Prior to T-Mobile he was the VodafoneLive! program director, delivering the first ever multimedia mobile content proposition outside of Japan and Korea.

Ulrich Kuhn, based in Munich, provides counsel to large telcos, with a focus on mobile operators. Uli comes to Mercer from DiamondCluster International, where as Managing Director he was responsible for the Central Europe business unit of the Telecommunications practice. Prior to that, he served as a Principal for A.T. Kearney in that firm's European Core Team Telecommunications.

Ranjan Mishra, based in Boston, specializing in the wireless and convergence sectors, is known for his pioneering work in capital assets productivity including MVNO strategy development, and is a trusted advisor to diverse players in the mobile ecosystem. Ranjan joins Mercer from A.T. Kearney and ADVENTIS; prior to that, he worked as Senior Advisor in the Strategy Development group at TELUS Corporation in Canada.

Mitch Mitchell, based in Dallas, helps carriers to find new business opportunities, and to transform their business model and operations to respond to changing market conditions. Mitch joins Mercer from A.T. Kearney, where he served as Vice President and Practice Leader of the Communications & High Tech Industries Practice. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the Communications & Electronic Services consulting practice with Touche Ross and Deloitte & Touche.

Rav Suri, based in San Francisco, specializes in technology and software industry firms in the areas of top-line growth strategies, SMB (small & mid-size businesses) penetration, verticalization, segmentation, partner strategies, and sales and marketing organizational design. His work at Mercer is focused on all aspects of go-to-market operationalization. Rav joins Mercer from A.T. Kearney, where he was a Principal.
