Digital Fusion Moves Corporate Headquarters; New Facility Designed to Accommodate Company Growth

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Digital Fusion, Inc. (OTCBB:DIGF), an information technology ("IT"), research and engineering, and acquisition and business support services provider, announced that they have completed the move into new corporate headquarters as part of Digital Fusion's continuing efforts to enhance and streamline its operations. Digital Fusion will inaugurate the new corporate headquarters in Huntsville on June 15th. The new corporate headquarters contains 25,000 square feet of space and provides for future expansion.

The new location will strengthen Digital Fusion's capability to deliver optimal client service and quickly respond to customer needs. "We are proud of our new facility because it is an integral part of our corporate commitment to Huntsville," states Frank Libutti, chairman and chief executive officer of Digital Fusion.
