Kasenna Signs Global OEM Agreement for Kasenna PortalTV™ Suite with Leading Network Equipment Provider; Combined Solution Will Offer One-Stop IPTV Solution for Global Tier 1 Carriers

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Kasenna, The IPTV Company(TM), today announced an agreement under which it will license its PortalTV suite (including Kasenna LivingRoom and MediaBase XMP), to Ericsson AB (NASDAQ:ERICY) for integration with Ericsson's broadband access products. Together, Ericsson's networking products and Kasenna's PortalTV suite will provide a fully-integrated, one-stop IPTV solution for service providers.

The combined solution will provide an integrated network and IPTV infrastructure carriers need to deliver advanced TV services such as video-on-demand, network PVR, StartOver TV, and customizable electronic programming guides (EPGs).
