Forest Resources LLC Announces the Acquisition of Weyerhaeuser's Valley View Business

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. -- Forest Resources LLC today announced the acquisition of the equipment and business of Weyerhaeuser Corporation's Valley View facility ("Valley View") by Ivex Packaging LLC ("Ivex"), a subsidiary of Forest Resources.

The addition of the Valley View assets increases Ivex's sales and production capability of numerous specialty single face products including lamp-wrappers, cohesive pads, case ready pads for meat and poultry processors, egg-sleeves, and vertical organizers and pads for consumer and beverage products.
