Business Wire, June 8, 2006
BURLINGTON, Mass. -- StreamServe(R) Inc., the global leader in Enterprise Document Presentment (EDP), today unveiled its international customer council of top global companies. The council will help StreamServe gain insight into customer needs as well as to provide guidance on the development of StreamServe Enterprise Document Presentment(TM).
StreamServe EDP enables companies to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve customer service by allowing them to communicate effectively with their customers, partners and suppliers through the automated creation and presentment of documents in any format through any channel.
The council convenes a veritable all-star cast of globally recognized StreamServe customers with unequalled expertise in industry and business issues. Members include ABB, AGIS, BMW, BNP Paribas Factor, DFDS Transport, E.ON IS, ING, Lindorff, Nesa, Swedish Postal Service, REAAL Verzekeringen, TDC, Tech Data, and Uni2.
Council members will provide StreamServe with a clear understanding of their constantly evolving business and industry needs. They will also be briefed and asked for feedback on StreamServe product development plans. In addition to communicating directly with StreamServe management, they will get a chance to compare notes on EDP challenges within their industries
"We have a customer-centric focus so the company council is an extension of that philosophy," said Chris Stone, president and CEO of StreamServe. "We'll work with council members to develop new ways for them to leverage EDP in their businesses so that we can help them succeed, and so that we can keep our competition in the rear view mirror."
