Digital River Expands Global E-Commerce Supplier Agreement with Business Objects; Adds Americas Site to Business Objects' Existing Global E-Commerce Sites

MINNEAPOLIS -- Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ:DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced that it expanded its e-commerce supplier agreement with Business Objects, (NASDAQ:BOBJ) (Euronext Paris ISIN code FR0004026250-BOB), the world's leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions. As part of the e-commerce agreement, the companies recently built and launched Business Objects' Americas e-commerce site, which is accessible at http://store.businessobjects.com/. Digital River provides the back-end e-commerce infrastructure for the recently-launched site, and manages the online sale as well as the digital and physical delivery of the Crystal family of products, the company's popular BI reporting and visualization solutions.
