Resort Clubs International, Inc. and Global Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Systems Join Forces

Business Wire, March 1, 2006

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Resort Clubs International (Pink Sheets:RTCI) has just announced a strategic partnership with Global Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Systems (GEMS). GEMS is headed by Dr. Van Mayros, one of the leading marketing and database thought leaders in the country.

RTCI is an 11 year old diversified golf marketing company that is currently developing a national golf membership program called ClubShare(TM). The program is being developed for the discriminating traveling golfer wanting to access elite golf properties. This program allows private club members to replicate their home club experience when they travel.

GEMS will provide the ability to market the ClubShare concept to a defined market that fits the Best Customer profile of RTCI's ClubShare members. In addition, GEMS will offer its unique marketing services to the entire golf industry. This is a major step for RTCI to become the most diversified marketing company in the golf industry.

In recent years Mayros has developed a new paradigm in database marketing for both collegiate athletics and the golf industry. The new technologies are based in part on the intelligent interface between knowledge based software programs such as CRM, CDI, Database Marketing and Business Intelligence. This will allow club owners and golf manufacturers an opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge about their Best Customer profiles thus allowing a more efficient way of reaching the total consumer population that is already predisposed to purchase. Dr. Mayros has recently won the prestigious NCDM/Database Marketing Association awards for his work in developing a marketing campaign for the University of Miami business and athletic offices. GEMS is now adopting their successful marketing template to fit the golf industry.

Van Mayros has been a consultant to over 70 Fortune 200 companies and has been long considered a close strategic advisor in helping develop the Fortune 200 Best Practices for enterprise level marketing. Mayros has also been a worldwide conference speaker in eight countries with over 20,000 companies in attendance collecting over 18 years of best practice database marketing transformations.

The GEMS technology will be marketed to the golf industry as Global Golf Marketing Systems, Inc., a division of GEMS. This technology is the first of its kind to integrate database marketing with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. This full cycle marketing approach provides a total turnkey solution to the fragmented golf industry.

"One of the challenges in marketing to the golf consumer is reaching a buyer who is suited to your product or service," said Bob Johnson, CEO of RTCI. "With the help of Dr. Mayros we hope to build the most dynamic golf database information system in the United States. This type of technology will let us identify our Best Customers, best prospects and markets and reduce our marketing costs significantly," concluded Bob Johnson.

Mayros adds, "While attending the PGA Merchandise show, it is obvious we must create a linkage between the equipment manufacturers, the distributors and golf course operators. We will help them better manage their total customer base, their total prospect universe and even help them identify, target and market to hundreds of unique markets. In effect, GEMS will create a dynamic new marketing and CRM paradigm for the golf industry. For example, companies like Nike, Ping, Taylor-Made, Ed Watts and Galaxy will enter into a world of pinpoint marketing they have never experienced - knowing who their best customers are, their optimum prospects and even their top market segment attributes. In other words, GEMS will dramatically improve their bottom lines."

Bob Johnson had this final comment. "With the addition of GEMS we expect to be the leader in golf consumer information and knowledge disbursement for the entire golf industry."
