RAE Systems to Present at the New York Society of Security Analysts' 3rd Annual Homeland Security Conference

Chen, Chairman and CEO is scheduled to present at The New York Society of Security Analysts' (NYSSA) 3rd Annual Homeland Security Conference on March 14, 2006 at 9:50 a.m. EST. The conference will be held at The Harvard Club in New York City. Mr. Chen plans to present on the Company's products for homeland security, market opportunities and a financial overview.
