Marathon Technologies Signs Distribution Agreement with Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions

LITTLETON, Mass., & ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- New Partnership Further Expands Offering to Arrow ECS IBM Resellers; Reinforces the Value of Marathon's High Availability Windows Solutions
Marathon Technologies Corporation, the leading provider of high availability solutions for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) environments, announced today that the IBM Group of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a business group of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW), is now distributing Marathon's FTvirtual Server software to its worldwide reseller and ISV partners.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arrow will distribute Marathon's high availability solutions and the two companies will work cooperatively on joint marketing, sales and lead generation initiatives. As a premier distributor of IBM and other brand name products, Arrow is committed to its reseller customer base, offering total solutions, including high availability software to ensure maximum uptime for critical business applications.
