InPhonex Announces Participation in Linksys Small Business Provider Program; New Linksys® Voice System 9000 Certified to Work Over Robust InPhonex VoIP Network
Business Wire, March 14, 2006
MIAMI -- InPhonex, a leading supplier of Internet telephony solutions, today announced they have been designated as a Participating Small Business Provider by Linksys(R), a Division of Cisco Systems, Inc., the recognized leading provider of voice, wireless and networking hardware for the consumer, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and small business markets. As one of only seven ITSPs meeting the rigorous Linksys certification program, InPhonex received specialized training on the LVS 9000, passed a testing suite of the solution on the InPhonex network, created a service offering to support the LVS 9000 and adapted their VarPhonex reseller program to reward Linksys Approved - LVS Authorized Partners for selling the InPhonex service and LVS 9000 solution.
"The Linksys Voice System 9000 has a serious value proposition for the small business market," said Todd Hirshorn, President of InPhonex. "It provides one of the first 'Big Business' telephony systems for small business, while also supporting significantly lower total costs of ownership for a business telephony system."
The Linksys Voice System 9000 working over the InPhonex network is available from InPhonex.com now, either directly or through its reseller program. Interested VARs can sign up for the VarPhonex Reseller Program and get a discount on the new system as well as other VarPhonex VoIP services and products, including InPhonex' high-availability open platform for automated provisioning, billing, user interface and back office support capabilities. Hosted features include simultaneous ring, voicemail, voicemail-to-e-mail, online account management, and free dialing between offices located anywhere in the world.
