Vignette and immixTechnology Join Forces to Address E-Government Initiatives; Enterprise Content Management Solutions Provider Looks to Expand Government Sales with GSA Schedule Contract

AUSTIN, Texas & MCLEAN, Va. -- Vignette Corp. (NASDAQ:VIGN) and immixTechnology, Inc., a government technology reseller, today announced Vignette has selected immixTechnology to hold a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule for government customers interested in purchasing Vignette's industry-leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and services to address e-government initiatives. Under the partnership, immixTechnology will deliver services that are designed to contribute to Vignette's success in the government market, including federal sales training, contracts support, maintenance renewals, recruiting, marketing and business development services.
As part of the agreement, the Vignette(R) V7 suite of ECM products will be available to federal, state and local agencies through immixTechnology's GSA Group 70 IT schedule contract. Vignette V7 is a standards-based, scalable ECM platform that can be deployed in a modular fashion to support collaborative records and document management, imaging and workflow and next-generation Web applications delivered to multiple devices and channels. immixTechnology will help facilitate the sales process between Vignette and government buyers via immixTechnology's GSA schedule contract, No. GS-35F-0330J.
